The online registration facility is now closed. You may register onsite at the conference. The registration desk will be open from 3.00pm on Tuesday 5 July in the WEL Energy Trust Academy of Performing Arts, Waikato University.

Payment Options

Your registration fee should accompany the completed registration form or if your organisation requires an invoice in order to process payment, this can be indicated on the registration form. If you wish to pay be direct credit, again, please indicate this on your registration form and bank details will be forwarded to you. Payment can be made by cheque drawn on a New Zealand bank, a New Zealand dollar bank draft or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
Completed registration forms and fees should be sent to The Conference Company.

Special Requirements

Please give details of any special diet, special needs or mobility assistance required on your registration form

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice to cover any and every eventuality. The Conference Managers cannot take responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate’s name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund (the full conference fee less an administration charge of NZ$50) will be made, providing notification is received by 31 May 2005. After that date, no refunds will be made.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
